At induction, all GPs must submit the documentation required in order to sign off the Sessional GP Personnel File Checklist form. This includes such things as ID, PCT Performers List, MDU, GMC, mandatory training undertaken etc. No GP will be permitted to work without the checklist being signed off by the Ops Manager.
It is mandatory for successful candidates to have DBS clearance before they can begin working. If the candidate can evidence Enhanced DBS clearance dated within the last 12 months, CNCS will not require the candidate to have another DBS check. If the candidate cannot provide evidence of an Enhanced DBS disclosure within the last 12 months, a DBS mandate will be provided at induction and a DBS form will follow in the post. The DBS check will be at the cost of the GP and will be deducted from their first payment.
Language skills will also be assessed at induction. The need for further language tests to be identified on a case by case basis.
GP will be allocated a mutually agreeable first shift (unsupervised) to take place within 2 weeks of induction where possible, depending on the constraints of the rota and the individual GP.

As part of a planned expansion in services we are seeking to appoint to the role of Business Development Accountant until 31st March 2014. We need a qualified AAT accountant to play a pivotal role as part of this development. The role will involve working on bids from initial concept through to presentation of financial information to colleagues.
