The shift from Secondary Care to Primary Care means that staff roles will need to develop.
Education and training will be crucial, and the facilities and resources available to people will need investment and support. Therefore the Multi Professional Learning Organisation (MPLO) project will support Primary Care facilities and practices to become centres of development and multi professional learning.
